Ordering From Us
Ordering from us is very simple. Below is a basic step-by-step guide to illustrate the entire ordering process.
1. Make a selection of the item that you wish to purchase and note down the particulars like brand, model and related information. E-Mail us these with any questions that you may have or ask us to place the item on hold if you know that you already want that item.
2. We will reply to your E-Mail within 24 hours answering any related questions that you may have or if you asked us to put it on hold, we would then proceed to hold the item for you.
3. We would then asked for your payment method and we will guide you with regards on how to pay to us. We accept wire transfer, Western Union,American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Banker's Check/Draft or Money Order. Depending on payment methods, you may require to fill up certain form for authorisation of your payment and fax it to us.
4. Once payment has been cleared, we will ship your items to you within 24 hours during normal working day. We will then E-Mail you the tracking number of the items to you. We will also monitor and track the items during transit for you.
5. Once you have receive the items, please E-Mail to inform us.
