Collector's Time Gallery is not an official dealer nor in any way that we are affiliate with the manufacturer listed on our site. We are an independent dealer who sources these watches directly from our network of authorized dealer and importers.
Product Authenticity
All new watches purchased from Collector's Time Gallery are guaranteed to be original genuine articles. Our products are sourced from authorized members of the distribution channel and each of these new products comes with original box, paper, and international warranty card.
Product Warranty
All new watches that come with international warranty card are endorsed by an authorized dealer with open date unless otherwise stated. Warranty can be obtained internationally from any authorized service dealer.

Sales Policy
Items are sold as is on a first come first serve basis.
Return Policy
We offered three (3) days return option if items are found not to match our product descriptions. Items return must be in the same identical condition when it was received. Full refund will be credited within 48 hours once we are satisfied with inspection of the items. Shipping charges will not be refundable. Please inform us prior to sending the item for refund.
Items that has been open and tampered with that causes the warranty to become null and void are neither returnable nor refundable.
We do not accept return on basis that you find that the watch is too big or not to your liking as we provide all information on the watch and we assume you know what you are buying.
Shipping the watch back half way round the world is costly and we may be subjected to tax and inconveniences caused by the complicating import process and in cases with crocodile strap, we need Cites Certificate required by the fish and wildlife department for Crocodile strap etc.
Shipment Schedule
All orders are ship within 24 hours upon receipt of certified funds. For orders that fall on non-working days, the items will be dispatch on the next working day. Shipment costs vary according to destination and cost of purchase. Please call or E-Mail for shipping prices.
Insurance And Handling Charges
A nominal rate for insurance and handling depending on the value of items will be charged to the buyer. This is optional and is at buyer's own risk. Any insured item that is lost will be refunded after investigation has been completed by the insurance company.
